I booked the Deluxe King room for my wedding anniversary celebration and Christmas holiday, The lobby is spacious but unfortunately was really hot and so was the lift, the room is pretty small but I love the interior, theres a small balcony for you to see the view at night, bathroom is too small, when you open the door, you should move to the shower cubicle to enter the bathroom and the door is blocking the toilet... but the food was good, I love the breakfast, the pool is too small to be honest, and so does the gym but its okay... The service was really good, helpful receptionist and bellboy... The hotel is nice for a short stay... Thanks Aston Bellevue...

Have a pleasant stayed here. The room is spacious enough, and have a small balcony but lovely. The AC is fantastic, we can manage the temperatures well. The rain shower were awesome too. But found a little bit odd, the double lock were not there. Though your property has it's own security system, best if each room have that double lock. Its for the benefits of your guests. For breakfast, it's nothing special (if I may-compare to another Aston).

Good hotel, room is tidy, ac is good. Staff was friendly and courteous. Music is awful - repeat consistently. Uncomfortable to listen too and embarrassing when inviting people, sitting down for hours. Please have variety in music, either classical or instrumental. Thank you

Not safe. 1 hotel staff name Lesmana suddenly open the door and try to enter my room without knocking or ringing the bell. He said he got information from the receptionist that my room was asked to check out. It's 10.30 am and no one asking for check out. That's totally unacceptable. Another thing about the room is there is no security latch, it's already missing. And the carpet room was so dirty, there are little rocks in scattered places. And the staff at the restaurant were making noise whenever their clean up the plates and glasses.

For drinking water, you can refill from the gallon of water in the hallway. No need to bring your own mineral water. On the other side there is Indomaret too. For breakfast the menu is quite diverse and friendly for children too.

Overall okay, the levil refrigerator is not cold enough and there are no free drinks, breakfast is good, hot water in the bathroom works, the air conditioner works, minus the rusty heating kettle so you can't use an alternative, there is a dispenser in the hallway, thank you aston, quite comfortable.

The staff service is okay, the air conditioner in the room must be turned on manually and then it can turn on, the bathroom exhaust doesn't work, there is no minibar in the room, the taste of the breakfast food is decent, it's just a little menu. Okay location close to PIM.
