It's actually nice and strategic, that's why I often stay there. But today I was sad, I wasn't comfortable, and I checked out early. Last night I couldn't sleep until 2 a.m. I don't know what the room next door was doing, it was so noisy. Then in the morning, I intended to rest, but it was noisy again because there were repairs.

I stayed 4 days and 3 nights for a family event. The hotel is strategically located next to the mall and Malioboro. The bedroom is outside, and the bathroom is clean and fragrant. The balcony is quite airtight. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is my third stay here.

Highly recommended for family vacations 🩵🩷. Room - Family Quadruple - free breakfast, very comfortable. Service - Friendly & responsive to make it even more comfortable. Location - very strategic. Want to step foot in front of the hotel Malioboro Street, right of the hotel mall, left of the hotel to walk anywhere is very close. Will not be bored. Hotel food menu - Our tongue is invited to relax enjoying various menus at the hotel. Culinary tours around the hotel - very many. Tourist locations - many are close. Using hotel facilities is possible, using vehicle applications is also very possible. Really, I'm not advertising, it's really comfortable. The holiday was memorable even though we were there every day it rained, it was really not boring 🩷🩵

I don't take many photos there.. I like the room, spacious.. clean, fragrant.. but for the bathroom soap, it's not very nice, the smell is very unpleasant. and the soap in the sink is finished, it only contains water. for breakfast it's not very nice.. the coco crunch seems like you use the kilo one, right? the taste is very different from the usual one.. the white milk also tastes different. Yesterday my child ate porridge, and the porridge still tasted of rice.. when I complained, no one came to me to apologize. Even though eating raw rice can make your stomach ache. the only good thing is the pastry.. the rest is not worth it to take the breakfast.. better to just go room only..

The room option on Traveloka was listed as Superior City View, meaning a city view. However, upon checking in and entering the room, it turned out the window had a wall view. After complaining, the receptionist confirmed that there were no city views in the superior room. This is a stark contrast between promise and reality.

My first stay here was pretty bad. The staff were friendly, and the food was varied and quite good. There were a few concerns: the drain in room 205 smelled like a public toilet. The TV in room 210 was unstable, the toilet exhaust was suboptimal, and the receptionist's location upstairs was a bit time-consuming for check-in and check-out. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the pillowcases were slippery and hot. Hopefully, things will get better.
