As for transit, it's actually okay. Or business trips. But for the family, I'm sorry, it's a bit lacking. Because it still needs improvement in several places such as the bathroom and bedroom. Maybe because of the impact of yesterday's pandemic which was empty for a while. So impressed a bit shabby. I think it needs a complete overhaul. So that the image of a clean and comfortable hotel can come back again. I've ordered 2 times here. The first one I tried for myself. The second one I ordered for my friend who is from out of town. Overall ok for transit. Let's improve the quality.

1. The room has a lot of cobwebs. 2. Dusty, looks dirty. 3. Bed linen has lots of stains, thin mattress, thin pillows. 4. The price is too high. 5. Lack of lighting.

I'm disappointed with the receptionist ' s service, they're slow to meet my check-in needs. The room and the bathroom are so dirty. You can see dust everywhere. The toilet is like never been cleaned.

We could hear anything quite loud from our room. Our"neighbors"were noisy with their activities, even we could hear someone 's sneezing next door. The pillows were very thin, not comfortable to sleep with. The shower head need to be replaced because too many clogged holes. Over all it 's quite clean for the price, except that when we open the window there were water puddle that we're afraid of getting bitten by mosquitoes which make nest there.

The receptionist communication skills is inadequate, needs upskilling. Room quality is poor and worse than it looks in the picture, the bedroom is humid, moldy, the shower room do not have toilet tissue, no glass for drink and is not quickly dry, no exhauster, I felt silly to have ordered a room from the app at this guest residence without checking or seeing it first. I stay only one night although order it for 2 night stay.
