The room is dirty, there are many stains on almost all the walls, the mattress is hard, the pillows are thin, there are mosquitoes, and geckos too. Overall it needs to be fixed again.

Dapet kamar kotor banget, toilet bau banyak keraknya. Kayanya kamarnya gapernah dibersihkan karena gapernah dipakai. Bangunan lama sih tp harusnya ga cuma luarnya tapi juga dalemnya dibersihkan. Handuk bau juga. Tapi petugas ramah-ramah. Thanks.

Hotelnya sangat kotor dan jorok. Begitu masuk ke koridor kamar sangat kotor dan di kamar saya 303 pun sangat kotor lembab toilet kamar mandi pun kotor. Saya langsung check out dan pindah hotel lain. Karyawannya cukup sopan namun yang tidak bisa ditolelir adalah kebersihan.

From the first time you entered the elevator it was really dirty. In a dim room. Spider web profit. Like a boarding house that has been abandoned for a long time. Afraid of sleeping alone.

Dirty dirty dirty. All sides are dirty. The bathroom is black, the floor too. There was rubbish behind the sink (toothbrushes, shampoo packaging, etc., all the furniture was dusty. The AC was broken, it kept dripping. Dirty towels, dirty blankets. Dirty champs. In the hotel hallway, the floor was also very dirty.

I'm disappointed with the receptionist ' s service, they're slow to meet my check-in needs. The room and the bathroom are so dirty. You can see dust everywhere. The toilet is like never been cleaned.

As for transit, it's actually okay. Or business trips. But for the family, I'm sorry, it's a bit lacking. Because it still needs improvement in several places such as the bathroom and bedroom. Maybe because of the impact of yesterday's pandemic which was empty for a while. So impressed a bit shabby. I think it needs a complete overhaul. So that the image of a clean and comfortable hotel can come back again. I've ordered 2 times here. The first one I tried for myself. The second one I ordered for my friend who is from out of town. Overall ok for transit. Let's improve the quality.
