A good hotel but looks better than it actually is. Extensive mould on ceilings and curtains, a room full of mosquitoes, bathroom with lose tiles, restaurant never open and reception always unattended after our check-in. Possibly the best option in Carita though.

The bathroom has a little water, the toren leaks so the floor is muddy everywhere, the phone doesn't work.

AC kamar gak dingin malah bocor padahal udah dibantu cuaca hujan, pintu kamar ke akses kolam di kunci sama manajemen, yang nyediain sarapan cuma 1 orang efeknya jam 7 sarapan baru bisa dihidangkan. Area parkir mobil sempit, kolam renangnya butek mungkin karena hujan / gimana gitu, oh iya 1 lagi lantai hotel licin anak saya beberapa kali kepeleset jatuh. Sarapan ya standar sesuai harga. Makasih buat pengalamannya.

3x pindah kamar karena kuncinya error, capek pindah-pindah terus dan proses perpindahan kamarnya selama 30 menit - 1 jam, pegel banget nunggunya, harus terus-terus di folow up. Sumpah ga nyaman banget.
