The hotel room is clean and big enough for a single or couple. All the staff are nice and helpful. Located right by the beach and near the shopping center. The price is fair with the service and location you get. There is a water dispenser on each floor ready for use anytime, parking area and they accepted credit card for payment. Overall, this hotel is good and recommended for budget hotel consideration.

have stayed here many times, always satisfying the service. starting from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the hotel which is the main thing. There is a free breakfast that is varied and delicious. Next time I go to Manado, I will still stay here (cheap price, extra service)

It so happened that my family and I had checked out and were on our way home out of town. Suddenly a call came in, apparently from the hotel staff who informed me that I had left something in the room. And it would be stored until I returned to Manado. Thank you to the staff and management of the Big Fish Manado Hotel for their friendliness and honesty. May God always bless you.

Awesome.. the room is clean.. the only thing missing in the bathroom when I stayed was that they didn't provide a dental kit.. but the rest was pretty good..
