It was nice place. Our room had a blackout throughout the night. Had to call the receptionist to check turned out our room was the only one who had the issue. Other than that it was good place to stay with affordable price

Suitable for single vacations, fun holidays with friends, because the room rates are very affordable, also suitable for family vacations, because the environment is friendly for all ages. Only the lack of parking, parking near the hotel is limited. So you have to park in the parking lot which is a bit far from the hotel, but the parking lot is still at Bintan Beach Resort too. The service is quite friendly, but it is still recommended for Bintan Beach Resort for hotels of its class. Good job.

Stay for 1 night, but so far okay, please help with the view. Not suitable for bringing children under 5 years to stay. The bathroom floor is slippery, not safe for children when bathing, there is no water heater in the room (you have to request hot water first, then bring it), then the slipper is zonk. All broken. Unwearable. I think the swimming pool can be used for children 6 years + because the lowest depth is 110cm. Breakfast doesn't have much variety, only fried rice, omelets, slime noodles, porridge (no chicken), toast, bananas and the food tastes bland. Maybe it's adjusted to the rate huh π. But behind the shortcomings, there are also many advantages. The staff is friendlyππ» the view is beautiful, seafront, lighting is ok.

The service is quite good, the food is quite good, the breakfast is also good, the limited parking space is a bit difficult to park, the 2/3 floor there is no lift, you have to take the stairs, it's a bit far to go anywhere, for Saturday there is an additional price, the bathroom has water hot so good.
