The room and bathroom are quite clean, there is AC and warm water. It's a shame the TV can't be turned on because it's still an analog TV. Not yet digitally replaced. Around the guest house many sell food and near minimarkets. Easy access. Spacious parking.

Order a friend from Surabaya here because it's close to home. Check in at 14.30 it turns out that the room is not ready, please wait 30 minutes. Finally a friend asked to be taken to go shopping first. Arrived at the inn again at 15.30 it turned out that the room was not ready with the reason the computer was broken, could not track the booked data. But when I arrived at 14.30 my name was already in the manual and I had filled in my personal data. The officers throw responsibilities at each other and are not professional. There is no compensation for the losses suffered. Just an apology, even then the staff was confused about what to say. This happened because the officer escorted him to the room and told him the TV was broken and the TV would be installed again soon. But until check out it was not installed at all. Only this time not satisfied with the inn. Even though I've tried other inns with relatively the same price, not like this. Even more professional service. Hopefully this will be an evaluation for the manager.

Kamar sempit, tidak ada meja kursi lemari bingung naruh barang untuk 2 orang, pintu tidak rapat, tidak kedap suara, pintu kamar mandi juga ada celah. Untuk harga segini, mending saya pilih yang bintang 3 beneran yang deket kampus, asli nyesel sama fasilitasnya.

Kamar seperti tidak terawat, sprei kotor, TV tidak bisa digunakan. Saya kira, TV nya bermasalah, ternyata setelah konfirmasi ke receptionist memang TV nya tidak bisa digunakan. Tidak sebanding sama harganya.
