The location is great, strategic, the rooms, and cleanliness are very good. Convenient for getting around, and close to Blok M. The only downside is that the front office staff is very disappointing. No greetings, no "sis" calls, just straight to the point. Has this hotel never received any training? He's a stocky man.

Very clean and comfortable. Good for a short 1-2 nights stay. Staff was very friendly. Good internet connection. Location was ok, not great. No convenience store nearby. But they do sell some instant food and drinks at the lobby. Quite a bit of walk to get to Blok M. Overall, I was happy with my stay.
