Cabin Hotel

Stay for one night. Very strategic location, near Artha Gading Mall, just about 500m away from the Mall of Indonesia. Rooms are clean, hot water installed, mineral water, the staff are friendly, it was so much fun.

Most of the questioned I asked, the answer is can not or can' t do, that's not the way you treat your customers. I want to have early check in at 11.30 am, they can not do it, I came at 2.30 pm, the room is still not available. I asked for an iron for my gown, they said they do not have it, so I have to asked my friend to send me to my hotel room. The light at the hall so low, they only have 1 bag trolly for the whole rooms, the bell boy have to leave my bags at the hall beside the lift, with no one watching it. I stayed there for 2 nights with more than 2 rooms, one of the room I booked is Junior Suite room direct to the hotel picture Ms. Rosita.

Horrible, cockroach invested room! No improvement from our last trip, seriously please stay away from this hotel

Rooms are spacious, clean. Nice interior. Cheap price.

First time, but really like it.

Check in at 2 but still have to wait 20 minutes, the room is not clean, many spots on the wall even though the room design is okay, there are baby cockroaches and not just one. Friendly receptionist & room service.

Creepy room, lots of cockroaches, small TV, rotten, no foreign movie broadcasts (HBO and others), ancient air conditioner, duvet sheet with dirty coffee spots, noisy sound of water, gloomy.

Will think ten times before going back to this hotel. Negatives: 1. Access to the hotel entrance which is quite far from the highway because it is in the Bursa Mobil complex and the area under the toll overpass, so it's dark at night and quiet, without a crowd center or mini market, next to Shell. 2. The carpet along the corridor is very dirty, many spots. 3. The toilet smells bad, muddy, dirty, there are cockroaches, the toilet door can't be closed tightly, the water bidet is leaking and rusty, the cardlock in the room is dislodged, the soap dispenser is dislodged, but the technician is responsive and comes right away called. Unfortunately the water faucet continues to flow, cannot be locked and according to the technician, is waiting for a replacement item to arrive (what a waste! not eco-friendly). The toilet lid is also dirty and rusty. 4. The road to the room is quite far from the elevator, the corridor is gloomy, dark, and lonely. 5. The breakfast menu that is delivered to the room is minimal and unattractive, without fruit or desert. 6. The restaurant staff was very rude, called to the room at less than 7 in the morning, without greeting, immediately asked: "Want to be delivered breakfast?" and very disturbing rest. 7. The boiler still has water, which means it wasn't cleaned after the previous guest used it!! The glass also feels like it's not washed because it's a bit dirty. 8. No fridge/mini bar. 9. Requires a 100 thousand room deposit which will be returned at check out. 10. No cable TV 11. Wi-fi is very slow and often disconnects. 12. The hotel is only 3 floors. Overall, not worth the price, with the price paid per night, guests can get facilities and hotels nearby which are much newer, nicer, and cleaner in the MOI (Mall of Indonesia) complex. Postives: 1. The room is quite spacious with a sofa and a window that cannot be opened and the bed size is quite large (fits 3 pax). The window view is only to the building next to it. 2. The location is opposite to Artha Gading Mall. 3. The parking lot is quiet so you can park right in front of the lobby, shaded by trees. 4. Parking ticket with barcode so it is more secure. 5. Front office staff are friendly. 6. The shower water is heavy and the water heater works well. 7. Provided water dispenser in the corridor.

Hotel nya sesuai foto dan sesuai deskripsi. Tempatnya nyaman. Air panas nya hidup. 👍. Kloset agak kotor berlumut hitam-hitam. Kloset dirumah saya tidak pernah sekotor itu. Ini semoga jadi perhatian untuk pihak management hotel supaya kloset harus dibersihkan. Mudah kok sebetulnya tinggal bersihkan pakai porstex dan sikat. Suruh aja cleaner nya yang bersihin. Nilai plus menginap di sini: Parkiran sangat Luas. Mobil kamu pasti aman dari baret-baret. Proses check in dan check out: berjalan dengan lancar dan mudah. Security penjaga pintu hotel tidak standby di pintu! Orang asing (bukan tamu hoteL) seharusnya tidak semudah itu mondar mandir masuk ke ruang Lobi Hotel. Memang ini hal sepele tapi seharusnya keamanan tamu hotel harus terjamin.

Sangat bersih dan sangat comfort.
