The hotel should have checked the condition of the room and the condition of the AC first, whether it was working properly or not, because I am a mother, so I complained, I asked the staff to enter the room, and I asked them to feel what was in the room, thank God I was moved to a room that was okay according to the price, even though it wasn't really suitable.

The room was spacious but the odor kind of bad. The towel was stinky. Bidet couldn't be used. I even got skin rashes from bed bugs! The worst experience ever.

Doesn't match the photo, dirty room, dirty towels, stuffy room, etc., not recommended.

This is the second time I've stayed here. I requested a room upstairs and got one downstairs. If I had a room downstairs, the signal would be a bit weak, unlike the rooms upstairs.

There is no soap, the room smells stale

The room smells musty. The pillows are no longer suitable. The damp, smelly mattress. The sheets are stained with oil. The bathroom mat is sticky and dirty. The room is humid. The AC is good, super cold.

Clean. The room is small, but in terms of cleanliness it is not inferior to a star hotel. The bathroom is also clean. The AC is cold, the TV works although the channel selection is not much (only local). People say the wifi signal is weak, but it happened to be not in our room. There is a fried rice seller nearby who tastes good. The location is not far from the market, the hospital and ATM center are quite close. The downside: there is no water heater but the water temperature is still tolerable. No toiletries and drinking water are provided, only 1 towel is provided. So it's better to bring your own. But overall we are satisfied staying here. Very value for money, especially for backpackers or those looking for a place to just rest.

Checking in is quite easy, just prepare your ID card if you are with your partner.

My work was hampered because the wifi facilities provided had a bad connection. The cellphone signal was also bad. I had to go out of the inn to get a good signal. Other things were fine.
