Carita Anyer Beach Condominium

It's fun as well as annoying because many are selling like pushy, if the beach is very good because it's sloping and the water is clear, the beach is sandy and the waves are relatively more regular so it's safe for swimming.

The father is friendly, the place is clean, just a little less maintenance of the place, but because the location is right in front of the beach, the children are very happy.

Incidentally it was on the 1st floor and for the room itself it was quite clean and well-maintained, the guards were also super friendly. It's just that the building on the top floor is very old, like it's not maintained, so I'm a bit worried. But so far okay, the rooms are directly in front of the sea so it's not far if you want to go to the beach.

For the Eid holiday season, it is quite comfortable. But for a stay cation. Not enough. Because of the facilities. Villas. It's normal, also the area around is not comfortable for many traders to enter.

The rooms are decent, there is also air conditioning in each room, the view is cool, the beach is good, suitable for children.

The floor is super sticky. I didn't know it was mopping with sea water, I don't understand. And can't ask for an extra foot mat. The reason is that there is no stock because everything is wet. Ugh I don't understand. That's not the problem. Everything else is ok. The air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is okay even though the door can't be opened and has to be pryed out with a spoon (hadeh) the TV is also a Smart TV. The mattress is very wide and fits a lot. Full cooking utensils, fridge and freezer working fine. It would be better if a faucet was provided at the front for washing before entering the room. So that the sand is not scattered everywhere. The sellers around the villa are a bit annoying and force them to buy until the front door of the villa. I have to close the villa door constantly because a lot of flies enter. Until I have to buy Baygon to Alfamart.

Ga bakal nyesel staycation di sini, ownernya baik banget, penjaganya juga baik suami istri, tempatnya walaupun bangunan tua tapi fasilitas dalemnya masih bagus dan oke banget lah semua semuanya. 😁🫶🏻.

Villa-nya bagus dalamnya, semua ada kasur, peralatan masak lengkap, bersih juga, AC dingin sekali. Tapi sayang, bagunan lantai atasnya kumuh sekali, serem, takut roboh. Semoga bisa diperbaiki. Ya walaupun tahu unit yang punya masing-masing orang. Depan langsung pantai baguus😘. Pengalaman menginap di Anyer jalan dari Tangerang biasanya 4 jam paling lama kejebak macet parah gak bakalan sampai 10 jam. Sedih banget Anyer udah kayak Puncak Bogor kalau hari libur macet panjang😂

Lokasi mudah ditemukan, ya untuk tempatnya karena bangunan lama, jadi sudah banyak yang rusak pintu-pintunya, untungnya penjaganya siap siaga berusaha merapikan dan membersihkan tiap ruangannya, yang menyenangkan karena langsung bisa ke pantainya, anak-anak suka main pasir.

Untuk yang jaga kondominiumnya Pak Iwan dan istri, orangnya ramah dan nggak neko-neko, kamar mandi bersih, kasur empuk dan tidak bau (untuk kamar TG16) Untuk peralatan masak, dijamin lengkap semuanya. Bisa masak nasi. Wajan tersedia. Kulkas Dingin. Kamar dijamin dingin. Private beach banget pokoknya. Sampai sunrise tidak ada yang komplain😀👍. Beach party langsung depan kamar. Nice place
