Every time I'm on duty in Sidoarjo, Chiaro Hotel is the best choice. Actually, the room, especially the bed, is very comfortable. Maybe because it's quiet, it's a bit less well maintained in some parts... but for me, it's safe and comfortable enough to rest after a day's work. Thanks Chiaro, I'll stay again next time.

several times staying at this hotel because the location is in the city, the mattress & pillows are comfortable to support a good night's sleep. The room & room facilities are quite adequate, it just needs rejuvenation for the wall paint, some parts are peeling, and also the wallpaper for the built-in wardrobe needs to be renewed so that the room looks fresher, the wifi is sometimes difficult to connect to the TV in the room 🙏👍

The room is comfortable enough to rest. Room facilities There is a TV, Wardrobe and Bathroom with heater. The shower water is strong enough. Multifunction soap for bathing and shampoo are provided. Toothbrush & toothpaste. AC & toilet seat function well. There are no breakfast facilities or restaurants in the hotel. Around the hotel There are Indomart & Alfamart which can be reached on foot. Close to Christian and Catholic churches for those looking for a place of worship. There is a special prayer place in the hotel. Parking for 3-4 cars. Quite comfortable with the price offered.

Very comfortable and feels like home. The room is clean and fragrant, the bathroom is also clean, the AC is cold, there is a sink in the bathroom, the water is smooth, the towels are also fragrant 🌷 the atmosphere is calm and not noisy, the guard plays murottal and during the dawn call to prayer there is a loudspeaker for the call to prayer 🩷. Oh yes, this is a sharia homestay, so guests of the opposite sex must show an ID card with the same address/marriage certificate. Really like it, recommended for those looking for a place to stay in Sidoarjo city 👍🏻.

It was located in the town, very strategic if you want to explore the city. The hotel was so homey and clean. Really worth the price. PS: I'm amazed with their sharia rules where you can only stay with your muhrim (same address in ID card) ehehe.

The only thing to note is that it seems like the hotel only cleans the room when asked. Because I stayed for 2 nights but the hotel didn't clean the room on the 2nd day. The rest is OK especially the cleanliness. Maybe in the future it would be better to have a restaurant at least to order coffee.

Every time I'm on duty in Sidoarjo, Chiaro Hotel is the best choice. Actually, the room, especially the bed, is very comfortable.
