First time staying here and this place is so comfortable. The room is very spacious, clean, the facilities are also complete, AC, TV, mineral water is provided, plus you get a bonus of 4 soft and delicious donuts😁, 2 beds that fit 4 people, toiletries and a gallon of mineral water are also available outside the room so you don't have to bother making hot water, especially bringing a baby who has to make formula milk and wash bottles because there is a sink complete with cutlery in the kitchen. Will stay here again if our family visits our eldest child who is studying at UPN, it is close to our daughter's boarding house, and the price is very affordable.

We stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. It's really wonderful, with the friendly price, spacious room, clean and pretty quiet area. Absolutely we are coming back again next time. And it's also easy to find the laundry nearby.

The bathroom is okay, the bidet is okay, the toilet space is okay, the shower is okay, the AC placement is okay, the mattress, pillows, blankets are all okay. They also gave me welcoming donuts🥰 I was a bit disappointed about the late check out even though I had already asked for it to be postponed to 13:00 via the app & when I checked in and had already agreed with the homestay at 12:45. Eee on the day at 12:13, I was suddenly told to check out immediately, even though we finally negotiated it to 12:30. I was annoyed that it didn't go according to the agreement & I was rushed to leave haha. Plus, you have to unload & load your stuff yourself. But objectively, this is a nice place 👍🏻

The staff is nice, responsive also on WhatsApp. Really happy to be able to check in an hour early without additional cost. For the location, half an hour from Malioboro. The room is very spacious, clean and fragrant. The bathroom is also clean. The description does not include toiletries. But this is complete with toiletries (soap, toothbrush, shampoo attached to the bathroom, towels, slippers) and get a welcome drink, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer. Basically, it's like in a hotel. There is also wifi. Outside the room there is a dispenser. The price is quite affordable with very good facilities.

The room is very spacious, I took the family room, the kids are comfortable, the bathroom is also very spacious, for a homestay class service, it's the best. Only the parking area that I think needs to be improved. I happened to bring a two-wheeled vehicle, maybe in the future it can be given a roof so that guest vehicles don't get too hot and wet. Other than that, with an affordable price, we get a good room and service.

Menyenangkan sekali menginap di sini. Letaknya mudah diakses dari ringroad utara, terjangkau ke mal-mal besar, tempat makan banyak pilihan, plus tempat ibadah juga dekat. Family room cukup luas, parkir mobil/motor ada, suasana sekitar tenang (walau di area pemukiman padat penduduk), dengan fasilitas memadai sesuai harga yang ditawarkan. Saran ke depan mungkin perlu sedikit perbaikan pada pintu kamar mandi dalam yang agak susah buka tutupnya, selebihnya oke. Overall puas sekali menginap di sini selama 3 hari, kereen 👍.
