The hotel was really good, I was given a room that was upgraded to a deluxe room at no additional cost, the staff helped me check in an hour earlier than check-in time, and when I was about to check out, I was offered breakfast that could be taken to the airport even though check-out was at 3 am, and there was no deposit at all.

First time staycation at Grand Luley, overall very pleasant and satisfying... Check in was quite fast, had time to move rooms because the initial room was on the 3rd floor hehe... The room was clean, nice and fragrant, the AC was cold. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Overall, it is recommended for those who want to staycation. Gran Puri Manado

It is indeed an old hotel, but I quite enjoyed my stay there because the hotel staff were very friendly and responded quickly when I asked for help, the rooms were nice and spacious, access was smooth, the swimming pool was nice, the hotel atmosphere was comfortable, the parking was spacious, the rooms were also spacious, carpeted, and the bathroom had a bathtub too.
