Greeted by competent and friendly receptionist staff upon arrival at the hotel. My review: -clean and comfortable room. -complete bathroom facilities. -wifi internet works well. -breakfast in the morning with a variety of menus and delicious taste too. Overall everything I felt while staying here was good, able to relieve my fatigue from driving while Touring around Sumatra.

The photos don't match the actual situation. The photo shows a swimming pool, but it's green like a monitor lizard's pond, and slimy. The room is dirty, the floor is slippery and smelly, the mattress is very old, and worst of all, it seems like there's a leak in the room, seeping in and pooling in front of the room and through the gaps in the door.

Very disappointing. Even though the hotel looks good from the front. But once inside, I was immediately disappointed. The staff were rude, unfriendly, the room was damp, the cupboard was mossy, the AC didn't work, the bathroom faucet leaked. When I complained, the receptionist's answer (yes, that's how it is with a curt and rude face) was like someone who was just a guest. There was a prayer room but it was like a warehouse that hadn't been cleaned. There was no food, soap and towels had to be asked for first before being given, there was no shampoo, and no drinks either. Luckily I got a cheap price of 150 on the app. If it was directly above 250, it wouldn't match the facilities. The swimming pool was just a photo. In reality, it was a dud. Huff.

The atmosphere is creepy, the room is gloomy, smells of cockroaches, the bathroom is stagnant, there are traces of contraceptives in the bathroom ventilation and the roof is rotten. Only stayed for 30 minutes, after taking a shower, immediately checked out

A little story of my experience here starting from the initial check in until deciding to check out with a duration of only 2 hours in the room: The staff is quite friendly. The hotel lobby is quite comfortable. But the experience was not pleasant when I got room no. 209. The room was damp, the glass was full of mold, the sheets were dirty with lots of brown liquid, the wardrobe door was broken and the door was left like that in the room, the bathroom door could not be closed, the bathroom ceiling was full of holes, black and moldy, the TV was broken. The only thing in room no. 209 that I could appreciate was the air conditioner which cooled down quickly. I know 1 room cannot represent the whole hotel. I also never expected luxury at that price. What I expect is when I am given the hotel key, make sure the room given to the customer is at a "decent" level
