I love how they provide smoking and non-smoking room, foods they serve are great (especially the tongseng sapi). Swimming pool is okay, without great view tho. The airport shuttle service is also amazing. Definitely would comeback ❤.

The room is big, but the cleanliness is not so good, the towels and pillowcase look dirty, there is water leak under the wastafel. But the person 's are really nice and helpful.

I have stayed with my family at other hotel near the airport. And we found that this hotel was superb, best in value. We were picked up at the airport and dropped on the other day with such great hospitality. The restaurant was nice, with many varieties of meals considering the budget price we pay. We will choose this hotel should we need an hotel for transit next time. Only 30-40 minutes from the airport.

My first time staying here while I was in Tangerang. The staffs are all so welcoming. I forgot my necklace on the day I got back to South Jakarta, but when I contacted the staffs, they found it and kept it with them safely until I was back three days later. They even remembered me, so touched! Thank you for the warm welcome! Note: The food was okay. Didn't expect there were various kinds of jamu (traditional herbal drink) served in the breakfast buffet, it was good keeping the heritage!
