The price is interesting, location is good, near undip campus, many choices for restaurants and cafes. From outside the place looks clean. The room is worse than the pictures from internet, smoke's smells, the bedsheets also smell and feels itchy when it is touched. Surprisingly, there was a poop stain on the bedsheet, short fur spreading, and some cigarette part under the bed. After asking for cleaning and bedsheet replacement, still there is red spot on the bed. Who ever responsible for the cleanliness, it really needs improvements and serious attentions. Maybe your new customer still attracted by the nice pictures and some good reviews, but for sure they will never come back.

I stayed here because I was taking my son who was going to study at Undip. This location is on Jalan Bulusan 2 and exactly 1 alley apart from my son's boarding house on Jalan Bulusan 3. So it's really very fitting and comfortable to go back and forth to my son's boarding house.

The room is for 2 people but only 1 towel is provided. The blanket is dull.

The service is not good, the water in the bathroom flows is small, if you take a shower you are not satisfied because the water from the shower is not tight, there is no sleeping light, the towel hanger in the bathroom is loose, the walls of the paint room have lots of patches and look not good, the floor is on the room has a lot of stains, in the future please pay attention again, thank you.

The water suddenly doesn't turn on, the room is dirty. Very cramped bathroom. The air conditioner is not cold.

Check out harus jam 11 itu konyol, pasnya jam 12 lah, sekalian habis dhuhur jadi kita yang muslim bisa nunggu dhuhur bentar, handuk cuma 1, alat mandi 1 saja, harga naik boleh tapi pelayanan juga ditingkatkan.
