The staff was very friendly and patient. My son was given chocolate, bread, melon, and more by the receptionist, hehe. Both boys and girls were friendly and kind. The bed was large. The room was comfortable. There was drinking water and a water dispenser in the hallway. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Stayed in room 201 for two days because I was attending a Foo Fighters concert at Ancol. The room and bathroom were very clean. The pillows, sheets, and blanket were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly. The room was quite spacious, reasonably priced, and had a view of the street in front of the hotel. The soundproofing was quite good; some noise was audible, but not disturbing. With the affordable price and good facilities, it was definitely worth it. There were plenty of dining options around the hotel.

The only downside is that parking isn't free; even a motorcycle costs 42,000 rupiah per night. Come on, D'Prima Hotel, make parking free for overnight stays.

The staff is incredibly friendly, so don't hesitate to stay here. All the amenities are complete, and you can even request coffee or tea at the front desk. Great, keep it up. I'll stay again next time if I have an event.

Hotel parking is unsubsidized or free, so those driving are burdened with parking fees. The toilets also have problems flushing, requiring the flush cap to be raised.

I like the bedroom; it was quite spacious and clean. The soap and shampoo in the bathroom smell so fresh and fragrant. I like having bread for breakfast, but I think it can be much better. The hotel can offer more variety for breakfast. And I don't really like the service. The receptionist gave us the room slippers and asked us to bring them ourselves to the room, which is supposed to be their job. The receptionist didn't even greet us when we entered the hotel. It was like she forced herself to smile. It happened again after we took a walk nearby. We entered the hotel and the receptionists were busy talking and doing their hair.

It's clean, and it takes about 10-15 minutes by motorbike to Ancol, but the area can get quite congested at certain times. Breakfast is Roti O and tea, delivered to your room at 7 a.m.

There's just one problem: there's no parking agreement, and even when you exit, you have to pay cash. Even bank transfers and e-money aren't accepted. So, if you're driving, have cash ready. The first hour is 3,000, and the rest is 2,000.
