All the staffs met were friendly, the atmosphere in this hotel was able to pay off all the worries with the road conditions to the hotel, the room was very homey, clean, the room was quite cold, turning off the AC did not make it hot, the AC was also super cold, not far from Drini Beach, you can also enjoy seafood there. The comfort and friendliness of the hotel staff were very impressive, thank you Drini Hills.

Overall, our family felt comfortable staying here. The price for the Kukup room was also very reasonable. There are just a few things that management or the owner needs to pay attention to. First, regarding the towels, it would be better to replace them, as many travelers who think they're better will leave negative comments if they see the towels in a slightly dull condition. Then, there are some loose railings, hopefully, they will be fixed soon. One last thing, it would be better if the AC was turned on before guests checked in, as guests' impressions will be different if they enter a cold room...

Amazing...
The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Thank God, we got a room close to the swimming pool, restaurant, and gym.
The atmosphere was pleasant and very suitable for families.

Feedback and suggestions:
When you include the Jeep package, please be more organized and trustworthy. Our experience yesterday was that the hotel helped us book a Jeep for a 4:30 AM departure, but the Jeep hadn't arrived by 5:00 AM. When we called, they gave the excuse that they were still traveling, but it took so long. We ended up going to the beach ourselves to see the sunrise, but we ended up missing it because we overslept ๐ while waiting for the Jeep.
Please improve the LBH in the future so the hotel's reputation isn't tarnished by outsiders.

Stayed at Kukup Double Bedroom, spacious room, suitable for bringing a family with 3 children. However, it was a bit hot on the upper floors during the day.

Overall it's good, only 1 thing missing is that the food cannot be delivered to the room. Have to go to the restaurant and go up the stairs to the 2nd floor, it's not bad
if for those who are lazy at night, hunger must be held back.. hehehehe.
Oh.. if you want to go to CS, you have to use WA. There is no phone in the room.

Strategic location is quite close to Drini beach even though you have to take another vehicle to get to the beach, but this hotel is comfortable to take a short break. When you include the Jeep package, please be more organized and trustworthy. Our experience yesterday was that the hotel helped us book a Jeep for a 4:30 AM departure, but the Jeep hadn't arrived by 5:00 AM. When we called, they gave the excuse that they were still traveling, but it took so long. We ended up going to the beach ourselves to see the sunrise, but we ended up missing it because we overslept ๐ while waiting for the Jeep.
Please improve the LBH in the future so the hotel's reputation isn't tarnished by outsiders.

Stayed at Kukup Double Bedroom, spacious room, suitable for bringing a family with 3 children. However, it was a bit hot on the upper floors during the day.
The swimming pool is nice, the food in the restaurant is okay, there is a vineyard too๐

All the staffs met were friendly, the atmosphere in this hotel was able to pay off all the worries with the road conditions to the hotel, the room was very homey, clean, the room was quite cold, turning off the AC did not make it hot, the AC was also super cold, not far from Drini Beach, you can also enjoy seafood there. The comfort and friendliness of the hotel staff were very impressive, thank you Drini Hills.

Overall it's good, only 1 thing missing is that the food cannot be delivered to the room. Have to go to the restaurant and go up the stairs to the 2nd floor, it's not bad
if for those who are lazy at night, hunger must be held back.. hehehehe.
Oh.. if you want to go to CS, you have to use WA. There is no phone in the room.

Strategic location is quite close to Drini beach even though you have to take another vehicle to get to the beach, but this hotel is comfortable to take a short break.
