It's amazing! The best ever stay during a staycation. Let me run through the experiences. The staff are so kind and engage with the people without annoying them at all (from the gate security, lobby security, lobby staff, receptionist staff, housekeeping, and breakfast staff) thank you so much I feel happy. Keep it up. The receptionist was located on the 13th floor and they gave a welcome drink as well and I feel so surprised with how delicious and unique the taste even I am trying to order again that drink the day after but it is not availble to order only for a welcome drink (the restaurant staff told me that it is apple pletok). I will miss that welcome drink definitely. How was my sleep? Don't ask! It is totally incredible with a nice bed and pillow and the interior was perfect - very clean and tidy! The TV also smart TV btw - so I can bw chill by pairing my device for netflix - lols. And come to ths breakfast. The option is so variant. They keep. Ensure that the food is available even when I stayed there were a bunch of people there but service was good and the taste was also good. Oh my god! I have never done such a review with a long review like this. I am very satisfied with this hotel and definitely will share this info with the people. Don't ask if I will come back or not. For sure I will come back with another option of room.(with bathtub perhaps -lols). Fyi, I booked the deluxe 1 king bed. Love to see the interior which gives the new unique design compared to other hotels. Thanks, episode hotel. I will miss staying here 😊

Superb! Literally exceeds my expectations in all aspects, from the service, room, amenities, and the food is top notch.

Positive: 1. Spacious and comfy bedroom. 2. The TV channel is so many. Children will be so happy. 3. The interior is very nice. 4. The bathtub is unique. Negative: 1. Not child friendly. In the bedroom, there is some small tables and shelves that may bump to child's head. 2. The breakfast cannot send in the room. You have to take breakfast in the restaurant buffet. 3. The lobby is in 13th room. While the concierge lobby in the 1st floor. Quite confusing.

Had a great weekend staycation, it felts like a 5 stars hotel. I stayed in Executive Twin Room. The plus point of this room are the small but tall bathtub (for me it's more comfortable), the usb socket for charging, wireless charging and bluetooth speaker. For family with kids, there is only NickJr & Cartoon Network channel in the TV. Better to bring something like Mi TV Stick to watch Youtube and others streaming platform (yes there is HDMI input in the Samsung TV) One thing that you have to be caution of is the soap gel inside the bathroom, please push it very slowly because what was happened with me was it squirt very fast it got me in the eye. Just be careful because the position of the soap it's quite level with my eyes (175cm height)

It's a new hotel. Just opened in June 2022. Awesome unblocked view! Check in process: Checked in at 1pm and was told the room was not ready. Was told to get my cc for a deposit and that my meal at the restaurant (later) would be charged to the room. However, the restaurant informed me that my details were not registered and I had to pay cash. I went back to the front desk and was told to re-register everything all over again, including getting my passport details which I had already done so. Room: nice and clean. Comfy beds. Ancient chinese theme. Full amenities in the room. The downside is the wash basin is located outside the toilet- next to the main door! Could be due to the design and the space constraints. Breakfast at Babah Ramu: Good variety. But some dishes are very cold. Location: Not the best location, but across the road there are food choices such as KFC, Pizza Hut and Subway. Sandjong Spa: Located at Level 2. It's a must try! From the moment you stepped into the Ancient Chinese-themed door, you are treated like an Emperor. From the changing of clothes to their robe/ putting valuables into the locker, you will be led to a waiting room where you will be served a cold welcome tea (served in an elegant teapot/ cup set!). Then you are led to a private room with attached shower. The massage service was so good and sothing that I slept through most of the time. Nice ambience with spa music. At the end of the massage, you will be served another pot of ginger tea (in the elegant teapot/cup set again!) in the same waiting area. The full 90min service cost just 600k+ IDR. Totally worth every cent!
