Honestly, I wanted to stay here because Treasure (my favorite kpop group) once stayed here. But after coming here, the service I got during my stay was beyond my expectations. The birthday surprise prepared by the staff really made my day enjoyable. Special thanks to Jeje, Uchi, and Nidya. You guys made my day! Please raise their salary! I will make sure I will come again to this hotel!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Episode Hotel stands out from among similar hotels I've stayed at in Gading Serpong due to being great with baby. The service was superb. Would recommend.
