Fairmont Jakarta

It was a pleasant stay😍. The room itself is clean, the bed is also clean & comfortable. We got a free room upgrade, and a fast check out process. Thanks to the receptionist who was incharge at that time. All the staff are kind, friendly, helpful and the pool guard also welcome us kindly. And the breakfast is very good with many choices❤️

Amazing! Thank you very much for a very satisfying service. Especially to Ms. Theresia who gave a surprise breakfast for my husband and I. Very good food at dinner and served chocolate ganache tart for wedding aniv at breakfast. Unforgettable moments. Thank you Fairmont, Ms Theresia and Mas Yusuf for the hospitality.

I really enjoyed my first experience staying at Fairmont Jakarta. And it's all so much fun

Comfortable, spacious, clean, fun bathroom

1. The cleaning staff lacks coordination, only when someone knocks to clean the room when they just check in. 2. The bellboy was not alert, until in front of the hotel there was no clarity on where to go. 3. The staff is indifferent and unfriendly. For a 5 star hotel standard, pretty bad. 4. Parking is not clear, there are no signs where to park and others.

Pelayananannya bintang 5 👍. Kamar bersih, besar, pas dapat kamar yang view nya dapat 2 sisi, bagus banget terutama malam hari. Makanan breakfast banyak macam tapi untuk rasa tidak sesuai ekspetasi saya, dibandingkan hotel bintang 5 yang ngga jauh dari situ juga 😁

Pertama kali banget stay di Fairmont dan langsung super happy karena pas check in di gold lounge kamar yang kita pesen itu deluxe yang bisa akses ke gold lounge trus jadi di upgrade ke suite wui. Seru banget karena ke sana weekday jadi sepi. Di gold lounge bisa afternoon tea, terus jam 5 sampai malem itu bisa makan dan minum sepuasnya bagusnya mereka a la carte bukan buffet jadi fresh dan enak enak semua. Terus untuk kamarnya luas banget, view super cantik. Toilet ada juga di area living dan dining room. Kalo mau ke plaza senayan bisa lewat bawah itu nyambung baru tau. Dibolehin juga late check out jam 2. Breakfast di bawah chef nya baik banget super ramah namanya chef faisal kalo gak salah. Tapi karena belum puas dari bawah kita naik juga ke gold lounge lagi untuk cemil-cemil di sana ternyata lebih nyaman & good servicenya. Kalo menurut gue mendingan kalo mau nginep di 5star hotel pilih yang bisa akses ke club or lounge jadi service nya juga pasti lebih-lebih, jadi first impressionnya juga nice banget because they'll treat you like a queen dan king.
