The hotel's strategic location is close to the city center and restaurants are easily accessible. This hotel also prioritizes "less plastic," so they don't provide bottled mineral water. No more plastic bottles in your room. Appreciate it! For breakfast, there's quite a variety of food, and my favorite is the "rebus" (steamed rice) because the peanuts are delicious and fresh. I've had this many times here (I'm a little picky about stewed food). They also offer Western, Indonesian, and local food (Semarang chicken rice) on their menu. Interesting! Perhaps what needs improvement is the cereal and the milk used (idk, it tastes like neither pure milk nor sweetened condensed milk). This spot cereal is usually a favorite for moms with their children. It's better to pay attention to the type of milk used so it's safe for everyone (adults, children, even babies ☺️)

Overall, everything was good. However, if you book a room, it's better to choose one that's not directly adjacent to Helens (city view). The noise from the bar can be very loud in the middle of the night and can disturb other guests who are resting in the middle of the night. (I couldn't sleep that night, and I could even feel the vibrations. xixi) As for room cleanliness, the environment was okay, but the toilets seemed to have stains that might be quite disturbing for some people (especially me and my family). (Based on my experience staying here several times), all the rooms I've stayed in have had the same condition. Perhaps this could be a suggestion for management to pay attention. I also complained about this to housekeeping, and they mentioned that this is a common complaint from other customers.
