All the hotel staff are very friendly and kind, especially Mrs. Devi and Mr. Boy the receptionist.. the room is comfortable, clean.. the bathroom is comfortable and clean, the food is delicious, the location is very strategic, if you want to buy snacks, go to the mall, or just hang out for coffee, there are lots of them here and they are very close, staying here reminds me of when I stayed in Singapore in the Orchard Road area... this is the most recommended hotel for a vacation with family.. and in my opinion the price is very economical.. the best choice is Fave Melawai.. later if I bring my family.. In December 2025, there were road repairs in front, but there was no sign at the Blok M gate for access to the hotel. Taxis were confused and nearly late to the airport because they didn't know the directions. At night, there was a very disturbing sound like mice on the ceiling in my room. I didn't sleep well for 5 days. Otherwise, the service was good. The refrigerator was available for souvenirs. The front desk was responsive and helpful.

I deliberately looked for a hotel near Blok M because it was still in the same area. For me, the downside here is that the parking lot is very full, security is also not on standby in front, so I ended up parking inside the building & had to drag my suitcase far away. The security often disappears so I have to open the door myself, lift my suitcase myself. The room is small, the windows are covered with stickers. Then for breakfast, the restaurant is outside the hotel (next to it), and the food is not very tasty. But for the plus side, the service is good & fast, the cleanliness is also very good.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to shopping and culinary centers, close to the office, clean rooms with all the amenities, and a water heater for making coffee or tea. The hot shower also works well. I often stay here because of the easy access to accommodations.
