The staff is friendly and quite helpful, the check-in process is fast, the AC in the room works well (room no. 800), given a room according to request, there is a welcome drink, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, there is a dispenser in the hallway to the room. The downside is, the phone in the room cannot be used to contact the receptionist.

The room size is a bit small for travelers using a medium-sized 24-inch suitcase. Breakfast is quite delicious and quite varied. I stayed for 3 days, only the replacement of amenities was not done entirely, only per used. For example, only 1 toothbrush was replaced even though 2 people were staying.

I've stayed here several times and this time I was disappointed. Got a room with hot AC. I contacted the receptionist, it was immediately repaired, but it leaked. The AC repairman also finished smoking, so my room smelled of cigarettes. Finally we moved rooms. And got a small comb as a compliment.
