We stayed for 2 nights, the location is strategic, easy to find because it is on the main road, we can take a walk to malls across the hotel (Pakuwon & The Park), there is a famous pizza dining place in the hotel area too, the room is clean, the hall is clean, the toilet is clean, comfortable to sleep here, will surely come back here again. Well done Fave Hotel Solo, keep up the good work.

Fave hotel is undoubtedly the best in terms of service and facilities, always the best. The location is great, because it is close to The Park and Pakuwon mall. The staff is very helpful. When I first entered the room, when I tried to open the door, the door wouldn't open. Why? In the end, I called the hotel staff to ask them to open it. When the hotel staff opened the door, they apparently had to knock twice. I was a bit surprised, but it's okay. Maybe we're the only ones who can't open the door. 😁

Asked for a single bed, got a double bed, asked for it to be put together, no staff came, the bathroom was a bit dirty, asked for a change of mat, it wasn't changed, the room smelled a bit of sweat from the previous guest. There was no wifi, and it was very noisy at night with the sound of vehicles from outside. And for the rest, the location is actually good, strategic to go anywhere, the mall is close, there are lots of delicious culinary options.

When I first entered the room, when I tried to open the door, the door wouldn't open. Why? In the end, I called the hotel staff to ask them to open it. Spending time here after a long day of activities is truly relaxing. The in-room amenities are complete, clean, and well-appointed. The staff who assisted with check-in and check-out were very friendly. Its location, within walking distance of two major malls, is also very convenient for those looking to pass the time or find necessities.

Asked for a single bed, got a double bed, asked for it to be put together, no staff came, the bathroom was a bit dirty, asked for a change of mat, it wasn't changed, the room smelled a bit of sweat from the previous guest. There was no wifi, and it was very noisy at night with the sound of vehicles from outside. And for the rest, the location is actually good, strategic to go anywhere, the mall is close, there are lots of delicious culinary options.

We are very sorry to learn that we were unable to accommodate your request for a single bed, including the delay in staff assisting with combining the beds. We also apologize for the condition of the bathroom, the mat that was not promptly replaced, and the unpleasant odor in the room, which certainly reduced your comfort during your stay. We understand your disappointment regarding the WiFi facility that was not optimally available and the noise level at night due to traffic from outside the hotel. These matters are of serious concern to us, and we will immediately evaluate them with our team to improve our service and facilities in the future. However, we appreciate your appreciation for our hotel's strategic location and proximity to shopping and culinary centers. Your input is very important for us to continue improving the quality of service for the comfort of our guests.
