It's a bit uncomfortable because it's not soundproof, the AC isn't cold enough, and the TV only works on one channel, the others don't. There's no mineral water provided, you have to buy the mineral water that's provided for 5000, haha.

A comfortable, clean place, close to the National Monument (Monas), and good service. The only thing that needs improvement is the slow Wi-Fi, which isn't very good for mobile phones. Parking is tight because it's in an alley, but there's parking available for cars.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The system and service are also good. During our stay, there was an error with the card to open the door, so we had to contact the receptionist for a quick fix, but after that, there were no problems. The room was clean, but the bathroom mat was quite dirty and should be replaced. The location is quite far from a small alley, so it is recommended to use an ojol (motorcycle taxi) to get there, especially at night.

Close to Sarinah, it's nice to have an elevator, the room is also big, but the bathroom's hot water isn't hot enough, and there's no shampoo. It's quite affordable, and VFM starts at 4 a.m. because the hotel is close to me. Jakim 2025

The staffs are friendly, unfortunately you can't check in early, the AC is not cold enough but it's okay, the cellular network is not smooth when in the room, otherwise everything is okay and good, the shower has hot water and everything works well, the room and toilet are clean, there is no smell at all, it turns out that drinking water in the room must be paid for, it was thought to be free but it's okay, there is a lift so it's safe if it hits the upper floor, access to this place is in an alley, 1 car can still pass, next time you can stay here again

the location is in the middle of the city but access for four-wheeled vehicles is difficult because it is in a narrow alley, the room order does not match the one given, the order is deluxe but what is given is twin with the reason that the room is no longer available even though the room is available on the application & has been booked long ago. friendly staff.
