This hotel’s is really helpful because it’s easy for me to get back the airport and one more thing here s a facility for the airport to hotel and it’s free. and for the Hotel nice, big room and clean. Friendly staff, I'll definitely come back here if I go to Jakarta. recommended to stay here.

The room is awesome, private Jacuzzi and spacious bedroom. Free shuttle to the airport through their express route. its only takes like 15mins to reach the airport. For breakfast they have many options and the cafe have a very nice ambience

Clean room, breakfast is awesome, convenient shuttle bus takes you to the airport. Nice play to stay if you have early flight, very close to the airport. Very satisfied!

I really love the hotel facilities, such as swimming pool, sauna, hot and cold whirlpool. I do love their thai food. It feels authentic, rich in taste. I even order for tomyum soup for 3 times in a row. But I think they should improve their morning breakfast food quality especially in the dessert menu. The dougnut and the sus cake were not really soft, and the taste is not delicious. Next, my husband wanted to order boiled egg, they said it is not available. Hmm ….

We had a terrible night in room 145 because the fridge was so noisy. I signaled that at check out, the lady called to check. But didn't propose any compensation for that. The problem is that we are coming back to this hotel on may 21 hope we will have a good full night! Otherwise the hotel is good.

We stayed here for transit in Jakarta and were very happy with our stay. We had the junior suite, the room was so spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable, TV had plenty channel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet offers great selection of variety and tasty. Room service food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again for transit.

The hotel is very good and the environment is clean and cozy, the staff will greet you kindly. Minor drawback is just poor soundproofing of the room.
