First, it seems like the building management is bad. 1. Lots of plants on the outside walls of the apartment. 2. From the front, it looks shabby (not cheap). 3. The lobby and elevator are dirty, with cigarette butts (like ash) in the elevator. 4. The floor looks unkempt. 5. Surprisingly, the swimming pool looks clean and suitable for swimming. Second, the rental unit is poorly maintained. 1. The sheets have cigarette butts. 2. The AC is cold, but the swing is broken (it's still okay). 3. The wallpaper is peeling. 4. It looks dirty in certain spots, making it look neglected. 5. The drain doesn't have a cover (honestly, this disgusts me). 6. There's a sponge cake in the refrigerator that hasn't expired (meaning it hasn't been there long, but hasn't been cleaned). 7. The trash can is dirty and doesn't have a plastic bag. 8. The mattress is comfortable, still comfortable to sleep in. 9. The water heater works and the water is clean. 10. The only amenities are two small soaps. 11. The shampoo and liquid soap were empty and dirty. Third, the neighborhood is nice. There are plenty of coffee shops and street food stalls on the main road. Unfortunately, access to the building is a bit scary because it's dark. In conclusion, I'd be better off staying in the city center for the same budget. There are more decent options. I happened to be looking for one near Maguwo yesterday, but next time I'll look for something other than this. Please fix this, thanks.

Satisfying and recommended, very worth it and interesting

Good, the price is quite friendly and the parking is spacious, but the parking price is quite expensive for overnight parking.

The TV is already a smart TV. The location is also close to the city center

Standard, there is Netflix, but Netflix is unusable because it can't log in, it says too many people are accessing Golom 1, 3, 5. So I can't watch at all. Switching to TV channels also doesn't have many channels to watch, the rest are all static. The WiFi is also very slow. Get 1 towel, 2 soaps, and standard toothbrush and toothpaste.

Got a room in the back tower on the 7th floor, it's quieter and looks creepy, the bathroom is okay but yesterday I saw something like a cloth on top of the water heater that looked like a CD. I prefer the front tower, but overall it's quite good with the facilities available, Netflix didn't connect but when I contacted the customer service, they were quick to respond

The room was quite nice, equipped with amenities and Netflix. The best part was the view from the 9th floor, can enjoy the beautiful city lights at night

The cleanliness is very good and very comfortable.

The room is very neat, well maintained, no cobwebs and clean from cigarette smoke marks on the walls. 1 towel, 2 soaps, and 2 toothbrushes are provided. There is no bottled mineral water, only a gallon, but the gallon is also a bit dirty. There is wifi, android tv which both run smoothly. There is a balcony, a table, and a mini kitchen. The bathroom has a water heater, for the cleanliness of the bathroom may be a bit lacking, for the facilities it looks very old aka some are broken/lots of limescale, the door is stuck etc.

The staff was quite friendly, and access was easy. However, the hallways were a bit spooky and dirty. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. However, the people upstairs seemed to be doing community service from afternoon until evening. It was very noisy, even in the middle of the night, as if they were moving furniture. I don't know what they were doing, but the noise was like tables and chairs being moved from right to left, and so on. It was very tiring.

Very good. Got a room with a long balcony (at the end of the building), Android TV is on and working well, there is Wi-Fi, the room is very clean and modern (very apartment worthy). Got towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, and soap. The floor has been given vinyl, the walls and wallpaper are very clean, no dust or cobwebs or any stains. The kitchen is clean, the table and chairs are also clean without any dirty or damaged stains.

For the price of around 200 thousand, the place is quite okay, clean.

The staff is friendly and fast response or the facilities are complete because there is Netflix, etc.

Requested a room on special order, but was given another room, but the mattress was full of bed bugs and cockroaches, very disappointing.

It's fine, this is better than a daily boarding house. The price is the same but the facilities are better. It's just a shame you can't use the swimming pool; it's a bit neglected, covered in green moss.
