The hotel staff, Mr. Vincen, was nice. Yesterday, I had a problem with my mobile banking. I booked an OTA directly at the hotel. Mr. Vincen helped me with the payment using his mobile banking. I gave him cash according to the OTA's instructions. I saved 39,000 Rupiah. Understandably, I'm a backpacker.

I forgot his last name, but he was very honest. I gave him more money for the deposit and then left because I wanted to get my things out of the car. But the receptionist returned my extra money, even though if he hadn't given it back, I probably wouldn't have noticed. Staff like this are hard to find. Mr. Nababan is friendly and smiles a lot. Good job at Graha Buana.

Here, I'll focus my review on the food. This was my first time trying breakfast, and my assessments are based on: 1. Taste (⭐⭐⭐) 2. Ambiance (⭐⭐⭐⭐) 3. Presentation (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) The taste could be improved, especially the fried chicken. The breakfast menu during my stay was fried chicken. It should be made juicier, not too dry, and saltier to enhance the flavor. Likewise, the fried rice tasted flat. I didn't get the full fried rice experience. As for the room, it was comfortable. However, there was a slight miscommunication with reception. I requested the same room type as my previous staycation, but they gave me a different one, even though I had confirmed it before checking in. But, well, it's okay, never mind. At least there were no issues and everything was comfortable.
