Initially hesitant because the price is friendly. but when I entered the room, I was immediately amazed because of its cleanliness, neatness and one more great thing, the availability of a refrigerator which is a mainstay for keeping food and drinks fresh. happy and very grateful to be able to get this hotel and will be one of the hotels targeted for the next staycation.

The other facilities are okay. The bathroom, however, smells, and the drainage probably needs to be fixed. The unpleasant odor can't be masked by just adding camphor.

I stayed for 4 nights here including breakfast for only 300 thousand per night. As per my request I got the top room on the 6th floor. The soundproofing is lacking so it's quite disturbing if there are sliding chairs on the rooftop. The room is a bit small but it's enough for me who's staying alone and the room is quite aesthetic and clean. The facilities on the TV have Netflix and YouTube options but they can't be used. Luckily Google TV allows me to browse YouTube through Google but Netflix still doesn't work. The amenities are complete, there are towels, toothbrushes, soap, coffee, tea, sugar, and water that can be refilled at the corridor dispenser. Then there's a refrigerator and kettle too, but the towels are already faded huhu and the soap dish is hard to press. Then for cleanliness because I stayed 4 nights I wanted my room cleaned because the trash had piled up and I had hung a "please make up room" sign in front when I left but when I came home it hadn't been cleaned, luckily there were guys sweeping in front so I asked them to throw the trash away, so if you want to throw the trash away, it's better to just put it in front when you leave. The hotel's location is actually far from the city but it's easy to access, it's near the TJ bus stop and if you want to take the KRL to Rajawali station. For breakfast, the choices change every day, it says 1 carbohydrate, 2 protein, and the rest are vegetables, fruit, and bread, but for each breakfast, there is only 1 protein choice, and there are 2 vegetables, a bit disappointed that the first morning it was only eggs huhu but the next days it was changed to chicken. If you are hungry in the morning, there are people selling fried food in front of the hotel and chicken porridge, at night there are people selling fried rice, bakmie kwetiau in front, it's delicious, there are also pempek satay stalls, but I haven't tried them. Overall, it's okay, with that price you get breakfast and a welcome drink, as well as a nice rooftop view, and the staff are friendly.

Strategic location, close to the station and Transjakarta terminal, as well as a gas station, although it's a bit of an alleyway. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to requests, and the food is delicious. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, and the bathroom is a bit lacking. There are no power outlets in the bathroom, so if you need a hairdryer or hair straightener, you'll have to use the room.

overall we satisfied with our stay, the staffs were friendly and accomodating and we will comeback another time despite some downsides, like ac was leaking in the room, bedcover was kinda worn-out with some stain on it, our first room was smell bad (thankfully the staff let us move to better room), and on our 3rd morning the water in bathroom suddenly not working.

The AC was cold, the room was quite clean, and the space was adequate. Unfortunately, the water didn't flow from dawn until past 7 am, but it still didn't. The initial reason was that it was being refilled, but when I called again, the technician was checking. In my opinion, bathroom service is the most important thing for a hotel. This water really didn't drip. At first, I was impressed by this hotel's cheap but good facilities, but then I found out the water was off, so I was disappointed. Sorry, I'm giving an honest review so that the management can improve.
