As soon as I arrived at the lobby, I was immediately reminded of the hotel in the Korean drama "King of the Land." The staff was friendly, the facilities were complete, with bathtubs in the rooms, free pool games, inflatables, and other rides. It was a hotel with excellent facilities for the price. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yogyakarta.

The hotel here doesn't look like a big hotel, I thought it was only up to the 2nd floor but it was up to the 8th floor, it was really requested according to the request given. Besides that, the staff are all friendly, the hotel and the room are clean, only the bathroom is a bit difficult to drain the water after taking a shower, the hot water is also just right, only on the 2nd day the hot water is not warm. For breakfast, it is delicious and varied, the only minus is one is far if you have to go to Malioboro. But everything is good, I give it a star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was varied, and the room cleaning service was also excellent. I have an anecdote: my extension cord broke while I was there, and I stayed in the room. After checking out, the hotel contacted me to let me know I had left something behind and offered to store it. I really appreciated the hotel's effort to check with me. Thank you, a great stay!

This review represents my multiple stays at Grand Diamond, not just the dates listed. I sometimes stay here 2-3 times a month, staying at least 2 nights each time. During one visit, my room door was open when I was checking in. I informed them that the door was open and I was wary of entering. They were quite responsive in preparing a new room. Furthermore, the staff delivered a mini cake to my room the next day as an apology. In my opinion, this is something that deserves appreciation as a form of goodwill from this hotel. Every staff member, from the receptionist, restaurant, in-room dining, housekeeping, and even security, left a good impression on me. I hope Grand Diamond will continue to provide the best hospitality to its guests. Thank you for always being a comfortable place during each of my stays.

Stayed for 3 days. The hot water was on the first day, but on the second and third days, it wasn't. They didn't bother to complain. They couldn't even borrow plates. They said they had to go shopping first. A very calculating hotel. It didn't justify the price of around 650,000 Rupiah per night. Overpriced. The facilities were mediocre. The food was also too salty.

The staff are friendly. It's just a shame there wasn't a bellboy to help carry our luggage to our room when we checked in. The food is delicious, with a variety of menu options, from traditional dishes, soups, porridge, bread, and western options. The kids love the panoramic elevator the most. The pool and playground are also great.
