Great location, good food at affordable price!
Grang HAP hotel is located in the city center with a back exit, so you won't be trapped during Car Free Day on Sunday morning. The room is spacious and food is good. Timlo at the breakfast is even bettet than the famous timlo in town. The highlight is on staff's helpfulness! From hotel key issue, refill of amenities and keeping my stuffs after I checked out, they kindly helped with a great smile.

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is comfortable, clean. Kids friendly. Really a good star hotel. Will come back here again if I go to Solo, thank you. Oh yes, the food is complete, delicious, the waiters are kind, friendly, very helpful

First time staying at Grand hap hotel. My first impression, arriving at the lobby was greeted with friendly service and a clean environment. The room was also clean and comfortable. Although there was a problem with the AC, the staff was responsive and repairs were carried out quickly. The food at breakfast provided for customers was also delicious and satisfying. Overall, a recommended place to spend your time for vacation 👍🏻 5⭐

This is my second stay here and will continue to be my go-to place because of the good price, good facilities, delicious food, and the hotel staff, if I'm not mistaken, her name is Ms. Asti, who is very helpful. Suggestion: There are many stains on the blanket, please pay attention because it looks dirty and unclean.

I've stayed here many times, but the last time I was a bit disappointed because the sheets had quite a lot of stains. Even though they were clearly visible, for some reason, they were still put on. We finally complained, and luckily, they were replaced immediately. Hopefully, this won't happen again next time. Thanks.
