The quality of the rooms is quite good, yesterday only got a superior room, the others were fully booked, but it was quite good and spacious. The design is also good. The materials used are also classy. Only the installation of the toilet floor in my room *827* doesn't seem perfect, yes, the result is that the water can't dry perfectly even though it's not used all night with the exhaust on, in the morning there is still stagnant water, xixi. For other facilities, it's quite good, only the towel smells like it ends with a musty taste, I don't know. The request for the top floor with a mountain view was well fulfilled. The walls are made of full glass, making the view even better. Unfortunately this hotel does not provide a room with a balcony, actually I prefer to stay in a room with a balcony because it is fresher and can enjoy the view better. For the front office clerk, the receptionist was good, agile and informative. But I'm quite confused about the bellboy, or is there really nothing? So, there was a funny incident for me when I checked in. At that time, there happened to be a lot of groups in the parking lot, and one of them I thought was a group of officials. When I stopped in front of the lobby and got out of the car, there were a lot of "officers" in neatly dressed batik with short hair, about 4/5 people, "welcome" to open the door and someone seemed to want to bring a trolley like that. But at first glance, it was not the appearance of hotel employees, yes, it was more clearly seen when they saw me, it seemed that it was "the wrong person". Haha, there's something like "not" welcoming me. I just ignore it. There is no intention of lowering all kinds of suitcases yet, my focus is looking for a recessionist table because the lobby is quite spacious and cannot be seen directly from the door. Even when I asked one of the "officers" who greeted me, he didn't respond with my simple question "which side of the reception desk?" which, even though he is not a hotel clerk, should be an easy question from me that anyone can answer. Okay, no problem. Until here, although I was surprised, but still "thinking-"thinking these people were hotel clerks, causing my overestimation to the "extraordinary" hotel service. While completing the check-in process, because earlier I had seen the wrong one person wanted to prepare the trolley, so I WA my husband who was still waiting in the car to just drop the suitcase in the lobby, because the officers were ready, and apparently. When the suitcase came down no one helped. Ha ha ha. funny. I'm starting to have a goiter here. Seeing a situation like that, in the end I only put down 1 suitcase, and my husband parked it in the basement where I still remember very well (because I used to be here at a professional seminar) in the basement there is an elevator too. It's more comfortable to go up than basement, if the situation is like this, no one can help, right? And finally I went to the room alone with 1 of my suitcases. For breakfast it didn't really arouse my appetite. Less variety and the taste is lacking (though usually for me, the food is only delicious and very tasty, haha). Fried rice was very cold tend to be dry but cooked too soft, taste bland. Soto Betawi was tasteless. There are herbs but they seem to have been in the fridge overnight. Fresh fruit is also sliced less neatly, so that the fresh impression has been reduced because it looks like the parts are wobbly here and there due to the less neat slices. Bread only available white bread, no other types of bakery. For fruit salad, the contents are quite complete and taste okay. Tea is also provided with a wide selection of brewed tea with rock sugar. There is a traditional live music dish in the form of a harp. The restaurant room is less attractive because there is no view and it is adjacent to a functional room, coincidentally at that time it coincided with an event in the room, so the atmosphere was very busy. It would be better if the restaurant was placed near the pool, it was fresher. The parking area is quite spacious, it's good. The lobby area is also spacious and comfortable. For swimming pool facilities, the design is actually quite good with a gn slamet view, but how come the access is one with a functional room (ruby (?), yes. I just imagine if you are staying overnight but the room is being used for events, then it means hotel residents can't use the pool facilities, right? The check-in and check-out process is quite short. Overall, well, it's okay to stay here. It's good enough, only when compared to the price, I think it's a bit overpriced, yes, a little less suitable the facilities provided. Thank you.
