The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well. Inside the wardrobe were dirty clothes and a dirty towel belonging to the guest who stayed before me. Also, although there was a kitchen in the room, there were no plates, spoons, or forks. And the glasses in the room were dirty.

The room is spacious, the deluxe type has a bathtub but the breakfast is really slow. The soy sauce fried rice is so salty and tastes really salty, you can't choose the type of breakfast but it is provided. So it's better if you stay here without having breakfast, the TV has Netflix too.

The experience of staying here was very good. The staff was friendly, the hotel lobby was clean, the room and bathroom were clean and the room atmosphere was very comfortable, all the lights were on, the AC was cold and the lighting was just right, there was a small pantry and some cutlery, everything was complete from mineral water, coffee, tea, amenities were also complete, all worth it no complaints with the price of 395k by traveloka with the "Grand Deluxe" room type. Hopefully this hotel will remain consistent with the cleanliness and friendliness of its staff. Thank you✨

recommended hotel for low budget clean, quite comfortable, there is also a bathtub for that price only the room lights are not bright enough just replace the lights with brighter ones, that's enough

stayed 3 nights here, so far so good.. for the room ok the type I chose has a mini kitchen and there is a dining table with a kettle + coffee also a 1 door refrigerator (unfortunately not provided electric stove and the like). The bathroom has a bath up but the bathroom is not spacious enough. All the staff are friendly, only I requested food to be delivered at 9 am the receptionist I don't know if I heard wrong or what, the restaurant staff in the information I asked for 8 am. So I was still sleeping comfortably already busy being called by the restaurant people who wanted to deliver bf 😩 a bit disturbed by this kind of food delivery, because I should still be sleeping but had to wake up to open the door first. The menu is also not varied, it's very simple. The rest is ok and comfortable. Hopefully it can be better.
