It's always a pleasure to stay at Grand Makmur Jambi. The food is varied and authentic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the TVs are smart, making the kids feel more at home. The small children's play area is still very useful, as you can bring food, so the kids can stave off boredom while everyone else is swimming.

The breakfast is delicious, the service is good, the large TV is already a smart TV that can directly access YouTube Netflix, the room is spacious, there are 4 big pillows, it is very comfortable in a non-smoking room, the full wall window on the side facing the street. Recommended if you want to stay in Jambi.

The wifi is useless and slow, the breakfast staff are too small, the staff in the restaurant are dressed in rough black, the service is not satisfactory, the rooms are small and noisy with lots of workers working.

Stayed here from July 31st to August 2nd. The internet was slow. I thought it was just an internet outage. I tried this hotel again from October 24th to October 26th. It turned out the internet was still slow. If you want to work, forget it. It's unreliable. And during bedtime, you can hear lobby music (instrumental).

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the facilities are quite complete. The only minor drawback is that the TV in the room often lags and channels are difficult to play. I suggest replacing the TV with a better one with a better connection. If possible, consider additional amenities like free Netflix and valet parking, etc.
In conclusion, I'm satisfied with the hotel's facilities and amenities. Definitely recommend it.
