Always a second home for us, a comfortable, very clean, spacious hotel and always friendly staff. Thank you to the staff who are always helpful. Food is always the best thank you chef. Unfortunately, when it was just high season, I only booked one night, next time I'll definitely be back. Keep maintaining the friendliness, cleanliness and standard of the hotel.

The staff from the security lobby, reception and others are all very friendly and polite. The rooms are in accordance with the photos shown, comfortable, clean, not smelly, the toilets are clean. The breakfast menu has many choices, in fact there is Indomie for those who want to eat Indomie, for those who bring children it is very comfortable to stay here. Excellence.

But it's still delicious, next time I will order again. Just make an input, if the air conditioner is in the middle of the night, don't turn it off centrally. Please technician, I was surprised when I suddenly got hot in the room. Try to make a family room so that 1 room can be multiplied (although it needs to be remodeled, for example, 2 junior suites make 1 but it's okay if it's during high season like Lebaran/Christmas later).

Very satisfied staycation here with pretty good service, friendly & very helpful staff. For breakfast, overall it's delicious, there are quite a lot of variants from traditional & western. Next will return to staycation here again.

The hotel is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the service is okay, the food is delicious, the parking lot is quite a lot. Excellent!

Like previous guest reviews, the drawback of this hotel is that there is no swimming pool and other facilities for children such as a playground. Even so, we who bring children are still entertained and enjoy the comfort of resting at the grand orchardz. The room is very clean with enough size for the child to run around, the bathroom is simple but very functional (the bathroom floor draining and draining system is good). And what's special is that we were given a view overlooking the train so that it was a very sufficient and unique entertainment. One thing that impressed us the most was that we could enjoy a very complete and delicious breakfast. We can say this is the best breakfast during our stay during the pandemic in hotels of its class and stars above. If there is another chance, God willing we will definitely come back here. Sorry, one suggestion for this hotel, please check the elevator floor (especially the one near the window) because it vibrates a bit.
