The ICT PEP 2025 held at the Grand Rohan Hotel was a memorable experience. I found the hotel's ballrooms adequate for conference activities, especially the aesthetically pleasing mosque/prayer room with its fish pond floor. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, I was even upgraded, there was unlimited water in the hotel hallway, it was very close to Raminten, close to the bakery too, there were several food stalls around the hotel, the mosque was just a short walk across, it was close to everywhere, and Soto Soleh was also close. It was really good, I want to stay here again if I go to Yogya again, God willing.

I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, the facilities are complete, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast menu is delicious and varied. Kids won't have to worry about the kid-friendly menu. Muslim guests are well-equipped, as this is a sharia-compliant hotel, with ablution taps and prayer equipment in the rooms.

At the beginning of check-in, I was disappointed because the room wasn't ready. I arrived at 2 PM and had requested it beforehand, but I couldn't enter until almost 4 PM. I was told to wait 20 minutes, but it still wasn't ready. The front desk staff told me they would inform me when the room was ready (I waited in the lobby). When the kids were tired of playing in the playground, I asked if the room was ready. I was told it was, but when I arrived at the front of the room, the staff were still inside. The room was clean, but the bathroom floor was slippery. The food was delicious, and the breakfast menu was quite complete. The upper children's pool was dirty with lots of sand, and my kids' feet got scratched. I asked the front desk staff, but it turned out the aviary wasn't ready yet. On check-out day, I wanted to request a 30-minute extension, but they couldn't. Overall, it was quite comfortable.

One of the family-friendly hotels in Yogyakarta. The swimming pool is clean, and other activities like an indoor playground and cycling are also available. Breakfast is also delicious and safe, as it's halal-certified. One of the best hotels in Jogja.

This hotel doesn't have Sharia-compliant policies, which would be a plus. There's no alcohol, and as stated in the policy, you must bring a hard copy of your marriage certificate if you're traveling with your partner.

I requested cotton buds, but it was never delivered. I suspect this was because I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, but once the hotel received the call and said that the items were available, it should be acceptable to knock and provide the item. Please prioritize direct calls or confirmations over relying strictly on the door sign, as guests may need assistance even if the sign is still hanging.

Finally, I was able to take my family for a staycation at the Grand Rohan Hotel... My experience staying here was amazing. The staff was friendly. I stayed on a weekend, so the hotel was also full of other guests. The kids loved breakfast because there was ice cream, popcorn, and various sweets. However, there were no traditional cakes or snacks. There was also no main course menu, so we were given several choices: nasi liwet, soto, western breakfast, fried rice with curry, etc. What's reassuring is that the spices and ingredients used are halal-certified, making it more relaxing and comfortable to eat. The hotel is currently under construction on a kora2park. Hopefully, it will be completed soon, because once it's finished, this hotel will be a family-friendly and child-friendly option.

All the food is so delicious and there is so much variety, we had breakfast and lunch there too,,,keep up the good work!!

The hotel staff are all friendly, the room is comfortable, and the food is varied and delicious. There is a collection of classic motorbikes and cars. I want to stay here again.

Super fast when checking in and checking out, the cleanliness is maintained, towels are changed every day for 3 nights of stay even though the price is quite 2 million for 3 nights without breakfast, the price is according to the quality of the hotel, it's great to stay at this Grand Rohan Hotel, prayer equipment is also provided, the hotel staff is super friendly, for the food I haven't tried it yet. It's nice to stay at this hotel if there is an event at JEC because it's just a walk away Hopefully I can stay at this hotel again when I go to Jogja later 🤲 Thank you very much to the super friendly hotel staff 🙏
