everything is okay the food is delicious, but there is an additional charge of 30k if you want to use an iron and hairdryer for a 4 star hotel, it's a bit strange because previously I stayed at a hotel with the same rate or below, there was no additional charge for borrowing an iron and hairdryer, but other than that it's okay if I go to Pangkal Pinang again I still want to stay here again 👍🏼👍🏼

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was cleaned on day 2. If there were spots on the bed cover, it was still normal but it was a bit disgusting when I opened the sheet. But yeah, it's a risk to stay in a hotel because we're not the only ones staying there.
