Lokasi hotel terjangkau dengan mudah, banyak tempat makan di sekitar hotel. Kamar lumayan bersih. AC dingin, TV lumayan, air panas juga lancar dan panas dengan cepat. Bed sheet bersih, handuk saja yang warnanya sudah tidak putih lagi, tetapi bersih. Staff ramah dan helpful. Jas outer suami tertinggal di hotel, kami menyadarinya setelah sehari kemudian. Ketika kami hubungi pihak hotel, alhamdulillah masih ada di lost and found, dan dikirim ke kami segera. Terima kasih.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, there was only one pillow in the twin room (each bed was only given one). There was a sky lounge, but it was as quiet as a graveyard, with no one there at all. It was actually quite creepy, especially on the upper floors. The receptionists were friendly, and the security guards were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. The service, the location, and the food were all great. However, the bathroom drain was a bit clogged, so the water sometimes pooled in the bathroom for a long time. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you.

pleasant from FO to security guard very helpful, the room is also big, clean, there are many power outlets available...just...a little, please change the pillowcase to match the color of the blanket, it's a bit yellow, it feels less clean and the sink is a bit clogged, the water recedes a bit slow, I stayed overnight at 517...that's all overall everything is OK 👍
