I was satisfied by the location and the politeness/friendly service from all the staffs. The (-) was: My desk was swarmed by ants, Hotel's sandals were dirty. The moldy shower curtain made me uncomfortable.

Overall, it was good, except the room didn't have a window, so I couldn't see the view outside. Early check-in wasn't available, but the hotel staff helped me check in on time at 2:00 PM. The cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel staff were excellent. Thank you, Grandwhiz.

The location is very strategic, being in the heart of Manado and within the business district. However, the service and rooms are very lacking. I checked in at 3 p.m. but still had to wait 30 minutes for a room, and even then, I had to ask again before being given one. The room I was given didn't match the picture. The room was very small, with a glass window facing the corridor instead of the outside, and the sink was inside the "room" instead of in a separate bathroom like most 4-star hotels. The exhaust fan was noisy. And worst of all, there was no closet, only a small clothes hanger. The food was less varied compared to other hotels in the same class, so for the price of 600,000+, this was definitely not worth it. Parking is far away, the corridors are numerous and winding, but the directions to the lobby were unclear. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and the hospitality was lacking. However, the security guards and cleaning service were excellent.

When I'm on a business trip to Manado, I always stay here. The hotel is comfortable and clean. There are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, and in the mornings, you can jog around the hotel while enjoying the fresh air and ocean views.

Access everywhere was very easy. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, noise from outside could be clearly heard inside the room. And the children playing along the hallway at dawn really disturbed my sleep. There was also a family staying in the same block as me who were talking loudly until midnight, which could be heard in the room, which was very disturbing. Also, the TV broadcasts were almost entirely blurry and unclear. There were only 2-3 channels available. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

This hotel is complete, clean, has a variety of food, and has affordable lunch. If the room doesn't have a view, that's normal for our family, because the bedroom is for sleeping, not for getting a view. I would automatically choose this hotel if I were in Manado.
