Super duper dirty room, first entering the room was welcomed by a bnr2 unpleasant aroma, pillowcases and sheets were not replaced, the bathroom was dirty and the room was dirty‼ ️.

The blanket was dirty and there were stains, unfortunately when the photo was not very clear. Water from the bathroom seeps into the bedroom floor. For others it's quite clean and okay. Oh yeah there is no mat, so after the bathroom, the floor was wet and muddy. Friendly clerk.

The inn is clean, the staff are friendly, nice, very helpful, next definitely stay here again, cheap lodging, okay facilities. There is mineral water, thick non-scented towels, complete toiletries, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, everything. Staying 2 days feels like I want to add more.

My motorbike is lost in the Oyo 925 Grand Wijaya Bintaro, but to date the management of the Oyo 925 Grand Wijaya Bintaro has no accountability. I, as a consumer, feel aggrieved over the negligence of the management that occurred at the Oyo 925 Grand Wijaya Bintaro Hotel. Therefore, I request compensation from Oyo 925 Grand Wijaya, as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act. Hopefully the Oyo 925 Grand Wijaya Bintaro can evaluate its management system so that similar incidents do not happen again. And provide compensation to me as a consumer. thanks.

The room is exactly in the photo and is clean and neat even though the front of the hotel look less good maybe in the future it can be improved again so that consumers are more interested in staying there.
