We have a great experience at this hotel because hotel staff giving a birthday surprise for my 7yo son, it such a lovely moment. The room is so cozy and clean, nice pool with nice view to the city, all staff is soo humble full of smile and helping to all guests. We also entertained by clown when having breakfast so the kids is very excited and we can rides a bicycle to enjoy the day. Keep up the good work and hospitality, Grand Zuri. We will definitely come again soon!

Great services and good hotel. We have awesome experience staying here. Kids had fun swimming. Food were delicious as well. The only thing I'd like to comment is about the bed. It too soft for me.

Really disappointed so much, the hotel unable to provide us a connecting room since we got babies of two on us and the room are separated by aisle, so inconvenience. We already prompted beforehand that we request a connecting rooms. So unprofessional. Then the bedroom, we requested a double bed and then they gave us a two single bed. We supposed that 4 stars hotel would know how to serve us better, aren't they? Defenitely won't come back.
