Spent 2 days here with my family. Had a very pleasant stay here. Easy check in process. Had a little accident, I forgot to turn off my car cabin light. Their security contacted me immediately, pick up my car key, they turn it off, and give back the key to my room. Great service from their security 👍 The room is neat and clean. Good water pressure, no problem too with the hot water. I really like the way they served the breakfast. Since it is pandemic, they deliver a lot of foods into our room in the morning. All foods are wrapped by plastic wrap too to make it sure they are clean. For the facilities, we had dinner at their rama shinta restaurant. Good food, nice ambient too for the restaurant. My kids are happy too since this hotel has a big playground. Definitely will come back for another round when I visit Bandungan again.

Located just near the fort in city(perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The hotel staff was very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms to playground, massage, safari, and fitness center. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You won't regret,just be there:)

Good management listen to the comments to improved. This is my second times to stay in this hotal, and mostly is good only in my room the shower is not hot water and water pressure is not stable. Anyhow is good hotal.

I booked the high floor but gave me the low floor have no reason, I booked the big single bed but give me the double bed! Parking area is far away from room!

The hotel located in the highland Bandungan Kabupaten semarang, plenty of fresh air and lots of facilities for families to spend the days in the hotels. The hotels also has big playground for kids, and very huge dinning hall to accommodate entire hotel guest. We stay at 3 bed room setting in front of swimming pool. For dinner you can also explore bandungan alun-alun there are plenty of food options with good prices.

The hotel is perfect for a getaway in Bandungan area. The hotel compound is quite huge. There are several buildings, a pool, a gym, a bar, several restaurants and a playground for kids. The gym is very proper for a hotel. There is a nice rooftop restaurat to view the lake.
