The electricity keeps going off and the sheets are terrible.

I stay here with my family already 3 times and its was wonderful especially very near with swimming poll so that my kids very happy.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly.

I ordered a room that had breakfast. When it arrived it said it would be delivered at 8 am. When I checked out my breakfast wasn't delivered, right? When I asked in the lobby. The reason for taking a break is this and that. I waited an hour. Then the CS told me to replace lunch with breakfast. Just when the fried rice came.

The receptionist did not serve me with heart, my guest was almost rejected, even though I had bought a room with breakfast but breakfast was not given. For this reason. Very disappointing.

Service is not good, education is needed according to hotel service.

The office is open but there are no staff, the electricity is out because the tokens have run out. The staff has not responded to WA & phone calls since 3 am, they responded after checking out.

Poor staff is always absent so access is difficult.

The receptionist wasn't available for after midnight check in. I have to wait till dawn and still there ' s not any receptionist.

It was very bad, when we just arrived we saw a man sitting in front of the receptionist room who was playing with his cellphone while the electricity was being charged from the receptionist room, of course we thought he was a hotel employee which turned out to be not a hotel but a studio type apartment and the hot water wasn't working. The AC wasn't cold, so we couldn't sleep, it was very hot & we asked the man that we were guests who would be staying overnight but he answered curtly 'I don't know, just wait until the orange comes', his eyes bulging as he looked towards we then said 'who are you, why are you here and using the facilities of this hotel', but he didn't answer and soon the officer in question came and took us to the studio apartment which was also not friendly at all but we kept quiet. just because we were tired and hungry, the day before we arrived I called the CS who turned out to be the same person who took us to the unit. I asked whether it was far from the airport because we had an early flight so we could prepare using an online taxi but he said there was a delivery to the airport at a cost of 10K per person but when we wanted to leave in the morning there was no delivery and the CS was not there, the phone was not answered, as a result we ended up using an online taxi and it took a long time to arrive and access to the accommodation was already sought by the online taxi driver and we were late and ran around when we arrived at the airport and asked to be put ahead of the queue at immigration and at first we couldn't get on the plane but in the end we negotiated at length because we were a group of 5 people and we were allowed to enter but we had to carry several quite large suitcases all the way to the airport. We handed over the plane door and suitcase to the airline officer to put in our luggage, basically we gave up.

Arrived at the hotel, it was difficult to find the hotel but there was not a single officer at the reception, only good security was received. Waited a long time to get the room key. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements from management. Thank You.

Didn't get drinking water, towels weren't available.

Kamarnya kotor dan pelayanan buruk, sudah bayar tapi tidak jadi nginap, lebih baik rugi dari pada dipaksakan nginap di tempat kotor seperti itu.

Hotel tidak memberikan handuk dan resepsionis tidak standby sewaktu kami mau check out, kami mau meminta cap parkir petugas tidak standby, dan pesan yang ada breakfast sampai siang tidak diantar, pelayanan sangat buruk.

Overall okay, the room is clean, the AC is cold, but there are no towels, bath soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, so you have to buy it from outside.

It was a very bad experience, at 2 am there 's no electricity, the room included breakfast but no breakfast, I paid with breakfast already. No hotel staff duty, only security and he can't do anything and helping, I will not come back to this hotel. It was horrible experience.

Less satisfied. No towels, no soap, no shampoo.
