To be honest, overall was OK, room clean, using new technology, staffs were polite and always smile, swimming pool nice. But, the room was not soundproof for my room, I can hear someone coughing from the room next of mine, and I can hear clearly their TV sound, it as so loud, I believe they can hear mine too. Another one, does the gym already available? Because I can't find one near swimming pool.

The rooms are okay, the pool is okay, the service is good, it's just that one of the workers is not good, don't look at other people by their appearance & who they bring. In reality, what is thought is not the same as the facts🙏🥰.

Room bagus, service excellent. Walaupun waktu masuk ke kamar kuncinya rusak langsung d ganti. Google nest ga berfungsi langsung gercep di kirimin teknisi. Kamar agak kurang kedap karena suara dari kamar sebelah kedengaran dan kl d lorong suka dgr juga suara dari kamar. Overall pleasant stay di Harper Kupang.
