I like staying here, good view, good food, nice room but it rained heavily in the middle of the night and unfortunately the room leaked. What should have been a good night was busy moving the heavy bed.. even though I think the suite room is the most expensive, and it's okay to complain about the fast response, I want to go to the room right then.. but what do you want to do?? change rooms? Well, the kids are already sleeping, my body is tired, then I thought that the next day someone would come and say sorry, but I didn't know.. oh well.. what's the name of the poor guy on the calendar..

A great place for a family staycation. There are various photo themes available (my favorite is the glass floor on the cliff edge). There's a sacred and calming atmosphere during dinner at the Heha Cliff Lounge restaurant. Rooms are available in cabin and glamping styles. The floating breakfast adds to the unforgettable experience.

1. Staff Service The service and friendliness of the hotel staff were very satisfying. The staff were friendly and transparent in providing information, making our two-night stay enjoyable. 2. Room Condition The room seemed to aspire to luxury but fell short. Many of the building's finishes looked untidy or poorly maintained. The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable (although the pillows weren't soft enough). The bathroom design was good, but serious problems with the shower area and drainage caused shower water to constantly spill onto the dry area, making it prone to flooding. 3. Location & Activities The location is very remote, which isn't a problem because the ocean view is beautiful. However, the limited facilities and the lack of activities like a gym, jogging track, or trekking made us feel isolated. As a result, we were forced to spend most of our time in our room, which became annoying by the second day. 4. Food & Restaurant The food in the restaurant was delicious and the prices were reasonable. However, because there's only one restaurant and the location is remote, the same menu can get boring over time. 5. Floating Breakfast Notes The floating breakfast concept is interesting. Unfortunately, our private pool was always infested with insects every morning (due to the cabin's proximity to the forest), so I had to ask for it to be cleaned or eat at the table.

Highly recommended for those looking for a staycation in the Yogyakarta area. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and have a great color scheme. The bathroom is great. I really like the color scheme, and the view is great. The breakfast is also great, delicious, and varied. Breakfast with the view. Awesome. Highly recommended for those looking for a family staycation or honeymoon. 👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and gave us information about the area, activities, and free admission. They were very kind. And the view was really cool and amazing. At night, after the performance, we were treated to chill DJ remixes, the volume wasn't too loud. The place was also cozy.

everything abt Heha Ocean View is just perfect, the view is fantastic, service is ok.. Just watch out for the hotel photographers who wud just take photos of us, without explaining the costs to be charged later..
