I really enjoyed the experience staying at m social, the service was friendly, the cleanliness was okay, the facilities were okay, the wifi was smooth, the bathroom was clean, the pantry was complete with a stove, a refrigerator, there was warm water to make pop noodles, just fine, recommendations for everyone who wants to stay , the swimming pool is clean, next stay here again.

Really really recommended for a staycation here. The waiters are friendly, initiative, helpful too. The facilities are really good, nothing is damaged. Bedrooms are neat, clean. I really like that the toilet is very clean hahaha. Thank you, hm social, next time I will staycation again here, yuhu.

I enjoyed staying at HM Social Karawaci, overall the place was clean, neat, comfortable, not too crowded. There are other drink biscuits selling snacks. The receptionist staff are friendly, you know. The rooms are clean okay, but the AC is pretty cold, although it's a bit hot sometimes, maybe it can be fixed again. The rest here is really good, really, thank you.

This accommodation is perfect for transit and a short break. We quite enjoy the facilities here because they are quite complete such as pantry, kitchen, microwave, mineral water which is always ready to use, and clean rooms. The swimming pool is not big but enough for children to play in perfunctory water, it's just that the first day we got a very small room and the second day moved to another bigger room.
