Staycation

Comfortable room, clean, nice breakfast, easy to find food around, near from the harbour. However the staff were hard to smile and not friendly. They didn't greet us when we entered the hotel lobby.

When I had breakfast at 8.30am, I had not seen any other menu besides white rice and fried noodles.

Family vacation

The actual lobby is fully air conditioned but is justified for smoking, also the breakfast room is also justified to smoke freely ... very haphazard.....

I booked room 101 or 102 and 103. In time check in the counter officer agree give room 101. After 2 hours in the room, suddenly officer come and ask change to 2nd floor (same room). I reject and officer ask extra charge rp 155,000 How come be like that.!

Have to add an extra IDR 85.000 for special request, changing 1 single bed to twin bed. The picture on TV wasn't good. Have to wait the hot water for a long time. The wind from the AC blew my face directly when sleeping.
