ask for help if the AC is broken, don't give it to the guest. I've stayed at @hom several times, but recently I got a bad room. On the 28th the AC was broken and finally it was fixed at 11 pm. Even though I was getting married the next day, I had to sleep at night. On the 29th I went back to the hotel intending to honeymoon, the AC was broken again and I ended up falling asleep in the heat because I was tired from the wedding from morning to night. It was just unlucky that I got a room with a broken AC on that date. Hopefully it won't happen again to other guests. Thank you
